Of course, some cards are created with the thought of sharing interrupts
in mind. If they only use a pull-up resistor on the board to take the
signal high, then there is no problem with sharing the same interrupt.
However, if just one card on a given interrupt uses an active pull-up
(such as the output of any non-open-collector TTL part), then the
interrupt cannot be safely shared. You may get away with it, but it
probably won't last for ever.
