Subject: [ANNOUNCEMENT]: upload of dmalloc.taz to tsx-11.mit.edu
Date: Sun, 3 Jan 1993 03:36:55 GMT

Greetings, Linuxlings!

I have uploaded to tsx-11.mit.edu source code and a compiled library
of the debugging malloc package submitted to comp.sources.unix by
Conor Cahill about 1.5 years ago. It's called 'dmalloc.taz', and it
unpacks into a subdirectory called 'dmalloc'. I have made some minor
changes to the source code, mainly ANSIfication and removing some
prototypes here & there, to keep GCC happy. This was compiled with
GCC 2.2.2d under Linux 0.99.1. I haven't actually used it yet under
Linux, but it did pass the tests that Conor included with the package.

Happy new year, all!
