Subject: How to get correct ANSI under xterm?

Would anyone please tell me how to get correct ANSI terminal emulation in
an xterm? For instance, I cannot get DOS box-drawing characters with Xc
running in an xterm, and the cursor positioning does not work right.
I've tried Seyon and there is similar problems. Do I need to modified my
termcap file and how?
