Hear Hear. Well put. I agree that Peter's efforts are one of the
major forces propelling Linux forward, and that more (vocal)
appreciation will come when stability does (progress need not suffer!).
Perhaps Linux kernel version 1.0 will assist in this regard.

Hey, won't that be a kick ? In, say, May... maybe Linux 1.0 will
be out, (and the newsgroup split vote will again be available...the
neverending thread...). Linux users and Linux developers should
both be out in force by then. ;-)
