The include files for the compiler are in the package containing
the source of the linux kernel.

So get a file with name lx99.tz or similar and install it.

It will put itself in /usr/src/linux.
There will be subdirs include/linux and include/asm.
Link them to /include. Sorry, I forgot the exact names of
these directories and are running Mess-Dos right now, so
I can't look it up.
