I have uploaded settime.tar.Z to sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/Incoming. This
includes source, binary and a manpage for settime. This will dial up the
NIST atomic clock in Boulder and set the system time from it if run as
the superuser, otherwise it just displays the time. The binary is configured
to use /dev/ttys0 as the default. The binaries were compiled with Jump
tables, and tested with libc.so.4.2.
