Sorry for the post, my mail to Peter bounced...

Peter since you're always listening...

1) I noticed that time is using the old stat call.

2) Where can I find the sources to halt/reboot/shutdown that you are using?
reboot acts like halt on my machine so I like to see how the source thinks
   it should work.

I had a couple of small com files for dos called warmboot/coldboot which
worked fine just by writing some value somewhere and jumping to 0xF???

3) Can you describe the process that you use to create the a1 disk?

I know it is some sort of combination boot/root disk. I would like to
make a modified kernel for some poor souls with ibm ps/value points
so that they can install sls. I need to hard code the drive type.

I wonder if a special a1 disk could be put together for ps/vp's only
that prompts the user for the disk params on boot up.

Thanks
Greg Galloway
