Get rid of uugetty. uugetty was necessary to use one modem for dial-in and
dial-out. Now that the kernel (>= 99pl5) can do this please use a normal
getty (from poeigl 1.11) on dev/ttyS1 and use kermit and uucp on /dev/cua1.
