Subject: Any US distributors of Linux?

I'm posting this for a friend without Internet access. He would like to
know if there are any vendors in the USA who distribute a Linux package
on CD-ROM or floppy disks. This package would include the OS, GNU stuff,
and X11 (the SLS?). Sorry if this is in a FAQ, I don't read this newsgroup.
