Subject: HELP with weird xv problem.

Does anyone have xv going with a mono display ? xv loads, and if I
load a .gif file, the file is displayed, but is unrecognizable. I
have the "scrolling windows" wherein I do not have adequate vram to display
the whole image, mabye it is a scaling problem ?

I have libc.so.4.2, Xfree86-1.0Ya, WD 80C11 chip, mono mode.

P.S. the pbmplus stuff converts these images into .eps files just fine,
and ghostscript will display them OK.
