Subject: OS/2 BootManager won't boot linux. Why?
Date: Wed, 24 Feb 1993 02:02:49 GMT

I know that I have seen someone post on this before. Can someone please
tell me how to get OS/2 BootManager to boot linux along with DOS and OS/2.
I don't need shoelace or lilo to be a boot manager. All I want to figure
out is how to get /dev/hda5 to boot /Image just like DOS and OS/2 do
automatically when you install them. I have tried showlace and lilo but
unless you get them to boot from /dev/hda, all you get from selecting linux
from BootManager is a blank screen and a running HD.

This can't be that hard. What am I missing?
Thanks,
David Dumas
