Subject: ka9q and incoming telnet sessions

I just dowloaded ka9qbin.10 from tsx-11. I made the utmp writeable by all,
yet i'm still having problems with shells not being killed logout and the utmp not being updated.. If anyone has any insigfht, it would be most appreciated.
