Mike, a flame is just a message with some emotion attached. Saying:

does not exactly sound like just trying "to point out an inaccuracy".
Whatever your intentions, these sound like unbased recriminations.
If you do not understand why you were flamed, then I doubt that even
Linus (as great and all knowing as he is) can explain it to you.
