Not! How could the outcome of the lawsuit possibly affect a system
which is compatible with BSDI? In short, it cannot.
Now, had you worded this differently, I might have concured. The
outcome of the BSDI-USL lawsuit *might* affect 386BSD in some way, but
it is unlikely. (For one thing, USL cannot gain anything by suing
Jolitz. It is far too late to stop the distribution, and other people
can rightfully claim that they have used the code `in good faith.')
