It's probably from the same source as the "Invalid Partition Table"
error that I got a few times from booting my HD after repartitioning
the drive with Linux's fdisk...a DOS partition had been created and
files had been restored to it (using Flexibak Plus under DR DOS 6.0),
but I got an "Invalid Partition Table" error when I tried booting from
the HD (boot from floppy for Linux, from HD for DOS).
The error was caused because I had forgotten to specify a partition
for booting. %-|
Why couldn't the BIOS just return a "Boot Partition Not Selected"
error message, instead? :-)
