I set up my Linux box (0.99.2 SLS) for uucp yesterday, but there are a few
pieces of information I need to complete that:

1- do I have to alter the Permissions file?
        I need to give another site permission to /usr/local/lib/news/bin/rnews, in addition to rmail, how to enter that? (What I need is the syntax of c oncatenation within the COMMANDS statement)
2- What about the often-mentioned config file. There is none coming with
        the SLS/mailpak distribution, do I need it at all? There are some
        infodocuments in /usr/local/emacs/info, but they seem to be for another
        version of uucp???
