Subject: WD8013 information?
Date: Tue, 16 Feb 1993 07:13:59 GMT

In trying to bring up my system, I was able to buy
a WD8013 used from a computer dealer in Dallas. Although
the price was right, I have no information on it beyond
what's silkscreened on the board itself. So I can set
base addresses and interupt vectors, but beyond that
I'm stumped.

Specifically now I need to know how to change the ip
address. I note that it is marked on a sticker on
the back of the card (and verified when the
card is recognized by the boot). Can anyone familiar with the card
tell me if there is some sort of MSDOS software which
is used to configure it? Or is it burned into prom?
There are no obvious jumpers or switches which could be
used to change it.

Please drop me a note here.

THANKS!
