Interesting, I recently did a mkefs -c on 0.99.4 and the blocks marked
bad messages that I got with a mere mkefs were gone. I haven't
encountered any problems since a mkefs -c. However I must say mk(e)fs
takes a VERY VERY VERY ... long time to complete.
