That's your problem right there. Diamond is severely propriatary on
programming their cards, which makes them junk in my eyes.
My advice is if you can get your money back on that card, and it's new enough,
INSIST UPON IT! Otherwise, get with the folks who do a lot of the Diamond
work.
However, if you can afford it, avoid Diamond and get a card from a company
who doesn't have such anal policies toward us.
