Rest assured that cnews does run w/ Taylor uucp. First, do you have elm
and uucico running; can you send and receive mail through your feed? If not,
work on this first. Now, inews is likely failing because of non-existent
dirs, config problems, or permission problems. You need a dir /usr/spool/
news/comp/os/linux for example. If this exists, the news reader may write
to it but inews will not put an entry in /usr/spool/news/out.going/yourfeed;
this indicates config or perms problems. You need to edit /usr/local/lib/news/
sys and active files. If you have SLS, try running /etc/sysperms -install;
for some reason this fixed my final problems w/ cnews.
