I am getting some odd behavior with 0.99pl5...

Configuration:

  * 486/33
  * 2 x MFM hard disks
  * VGA
  * No LAN card
  * "make config"
    - minix, NFS, DOS
    - tcp/ip
    - SCSI (adaptec 1542B and SCSI-tape ONLY - nothing else!)
    - Microsoft mouse (no other mice)
    - NO to everyting else

Problems:

  1) After "make disk", and booting the floppy, it HANGS after prompting
     for root floppy. In Makefile (ROOT_DEV), I tried both this commented
     out, thus defaulting to FLOPPY, as well as /dev/fd0H1440.

  2) After running kermit, I need to press ^C for kermit to run, otherwise
     my screen sits there at "$ kermit".

These problems did not appear on earlier versions of Linux.

Sigh...
