From: kfisher3@mach1.wlu.ca (kevin fisher U) Subject: G++ dies with IO error! Date: Fri, 12 Feb 1993 21:55:44 GMT
Howdy again:
I'm trying to compile some UIT examples from the xview distribution using
gcc 2.3.3, and having some difficulty...
First, when I made and installed Xview, it compiled okay. but now when I
want to compile a UIT program indivitually, gcc dies with the following
error:
In file included from /usr/include/uit/UICTypes.h:55, from
/usr/include/uit/UIObject.h:876, from /usr/include/uit/Image.h:91, from
/usr/include/uit/BaseWindow.h:212, from mywin.C:2:
/usr/include/xview/cursor.h:85: parse error at end of input
cc1plus: /usr/tmp/cca00252.s: I/O error
I know this mysterious IO error has appeared before around here, and I'd
really appreciate any help at all in figuring out why this happens.
Thanks in advance.
BTW I'm using .99pl4
