Subject: MINIX mkfs -c?

For MFM drives on MINIX fs, does "mkfs -c" work these days? I remember
    --- -------- -------
reading about manually feeding mkfs bad block numbers, rather than using
"mkfs -c" a few months back. I have always used "mkfs -c" on MFM drives
in the past with no problems, but I now have an old 80M HD with LOTS of
bad spots.

Can I just do "mkfs -c", and assume ".badblocks" will contain ALL bad
sectors?

Any feedback?
