I just picked up a Western Digital WD7000-ASC FASST2 F000 REV.K SCSI
controller that I'm planning to use under LINUX to run my BBS with.
How does this controller compare to others such as the Adaptec 1542?
What limitations or problems does it have?
I didn't get any of the formating software with it that would let me
format a hard drive with it. Would anyone be able to help me with this?
ADVthaAnksNCE for any help.
P.S. for $69 I didn't think I could lose. Let me know if you're interested.
They had a few more at that price.
