Please excuse the shouting, but once and for all:
READ THE FUCKING MAN-PAGES, THE READMES AND OTHER STUFF THAT LOOKS LIKE
DOCUMENTATION! IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, DO A "GREP -L <KEYWORD>" TO FIND THE
INTERESTING FILES!!!!

It's all in there. Xmono just uses the first 64k as it does no
bankswitching. It doesn't because it was written for generic VGA. Read the
docs, please!
