hello
i have a 386/40 with 8Mb RAM and 130Mb IDE and TVGA8900C and
a mono-VGA monitor. using a1 disk from the latest version of SLS --
the machine won't boot, just reads the disk a1 in drive 0 and then
kind of quits (software reset results in repeat performance). HJL's
bootable root disks with (99pl2) is successful on booting the same
machine! Has HJLu put 99pl4 on his bootable root disk? any pointers
to SLS problem solution will be appreciated.
