Is it possible to run TWO (or three) SCSI drives with Linux using
Adaptec 1542B on ISA? I KNOW SCSI is supposed to handle 7 SCSI devices,

     1) The 1542B SCSI cable only has connectors for 2 devices.
     2) The bus is only ISA.

Has anyone actually RUN 2-3 SCSI drives UNDER LINUX?! Can they run in
   parallel with 2 MFM drives?

The SCSI bus is a daisy-chain, so you just connect the drives in
parallel, with a terminator at each end of the chain (i.e. on the
controller and on the most distant drive).

Not quite the same thing, but I'm using an IDE and a Seagate ST-02
with no problems.
