the ".FSP_CONTENT" file is for the FSP server!
FSP is an "alternative" to FTP, it is much slower in transfer rate
about 1K per second, however, its "load" on the Server's CPU is very very
low. DONOT DOWNLOAD this file! it's just a listing file for FSP server.
