I am trying to get cnews, the binaries on SLS, to work. uucico is working.
I edited the files in /usr/local/lib/news. I made the /usr/spool/news
directories, including out.going, and they are owned by news and world
writable.

I have two lines in the sys file, the ME line and this-

csn:comp,sci,news,rec,misc,alt,soc,talk,to.tbucks::uux - -r csn!rnews

and I also tried ending that like so- :f:csn/togo

Now, when I write a msg using tin and world distribution, tin says it posts
the msg, and using ps I can see a lot going on, inews, anne.frank. The
msg goes into /usr/spool/news/to/tbucks/1 for example, but that's all.
Nothing appears in /usr/spool/batch/csn or /usr/spool/uucp/csn (where elm
msgs go) or /usr/spool/news/out.going/csn/togo.

What must I do to make tin/cnews prepare msgs for uucico to send?

Thanks very much for help,
Timothy.
