Subject: Interviews 3.1 - libraries/binaries

I have been successful in compiling all of the Interviews 3.1 libraries
- with no compromise to the code. Additionally, I have been successful
with compiling ibuild. If enough people are interested, I wouldn't mind
uploading these files to tsx-11. After 5-6 people respond to me via
email, I will contact the folks at tsx regarding submission policy.

If you want to compile the files yourself (make sure you have plenty
of disk space) - let me know and I will give you a list of things to do.
