Subject: Xfree862.1 man pages?
Date: 1 Feb 1993 13:16:52 GMT

I JUST got X386mono working - barely...

Questions:

  1) How do I display *.1x man pages? I tried man and groff, but had no
luck. My distribution is assembled by myself from individual packages.
I have the latest xfree86.2.1, including it's man pages. Gcc 2.3.3,
     libc 4.2, Linux 0.99pl4.
What do I need to display *.1x man pages?

  2) How do I exit X386mono without getting lots of error message, (abort,
server halted due to..., etc). I have been using "exit" at the $
     prompt thus far.

Reading the FAQ and README* did not help answering the questions for me.
Since I am new to X, the info was overwhelming. I figure once I can look
at the "man" pages, trivial questions like above will no longer be required.

Any help, comments, hints, or flames GREATLY appreciated!!!
