Hi netters!

I just downloaded gcc-4.2(I used to have 4.1) and installed on my HD.
I wanted to clean up the old libraries, and I saw in README file
that gcc-4.2 doesn't use soft math libraries since math emulation
is builtin the kernel , so I happily deleted all the
libm.so.4.* from my /lib directory. But now my X doesn't start up
complaining the missing libm.so*** files.
I looked around tsx-11 and sunsite ftp sites to find old gcc package
to get the library files, but I couldn't.
What should I do now? Do I need to get X 2.1? (I have 2.0 installed)
And where do I get libm libraries?

Second question.
I was quite happy with my old lilo (6.0) which I used to boot from
floppy. But then I found out the newest one is ver 8.0. After I
got gcc-4.2, I downloaded lilo 8.0 also, and then tried to
compile it. Now my gcc barfs out in map.c line # 49, saying the
storage size of 'st' isn't known.78
What's the problem now? lilo or my gcc???

Please use email to reduce the traffic in c.o.l.
Thannks!
