I post this, to make an unofficial announcement...

I did this in christmas, in a couple of hours.

It's relatively clean code, you may yourself decide which vc's
are on which console by setting some flags and both consoles may
have different sizes. You cannot (yet) switch a vc from one
screen to another, yet.

I guess that XFree1.2 will be able to work with this (X on
the VGA and a VC on the mono...) but we'll see.

Please email me for the patches, if enough interest arises, I
will upload them somewhere.

They've been working beautifully for about a month now.

The detection code doesn't handle the detection too well, you
have to specify NR_ADAPT=2, but I believe it isn't worth
it putting something like that into the kernel.

(The patches are against 0.99p2, I haven't had time to upgrade
 yet... should not be too difficult to work them into p4...)
