Subject: floppy problems installing SLS
Date: Wed, 11 Aug 1993 13:29:18 GMT

I've been using Linux (SLS 1.01) since May. When SLS 1.03 came out with built-in
SLIP I decided to install it at home, so I could connect (easily) to work.

Anyhow, I'm getting "Error 0x04" read errors on my installation floppy disk, although
it's the same disk I installed with, on my machine at work...

Has anyone else had such problems? Should I try RAWWRITE.EXE instead of dd?

thanks
