I too have the same card (the NE2000 compatable Ether-16T). I'm also running with
SLS 1.01 with kernel 0.99pl9-7. When I had my card installed, Linux would lock tight during
boot. This always occured when it was trying to detect the WD83xxx or something like that.
Is there support for the NE2000 with my setup???? Anyone???
