I've just deleted my whole DOS partition for Linux to get some more
space, so I decided to install SLS 1.03, but I'm having some trouble.
I have an Adaptec 1742A controller.
The "nice" (?) interactive install program wasn't able to create
a swap-file on my root partition after I'd made a filesystem on it.
I decided to make this manually at a later point, so I continued with
the installation, but when the doinstall wanted to write to my disk,
I got error-messages saying "No space left on device". Anyone ?
I decided to skip the interactive stuff and do things manually.
The installation went fine, but when I do a "df .", I get an error
message saying : "Can't read tables from mounted filesystems" ?
Why is this ?
Help on this would be vastly appreciated.
