  Oh yes, I should have mentioned: Restarting the X server fixed the problem
again for awhile. It has happened under both xfree1.2 and xfree1.3 under
pl11, but *never* happened under pl7A. I think I had pl7A and X up for
nearly 2 months without a problem (it was more stable than the power company).
