 when i upgraded to 0.99.11 the 'freq' command that i'd found off
of sunsite.unc.edu stopped working.

  well, i finally dorked around and found that the reason it was seg
faulting was apparently that it was trying to poke into privaleged
memory or sumptin'. :-) so i su'd to root and ran it and it works
fine. just thought i'd share this info with all the other poor
folk with the stupid diamond cards.
