Subject: ext2 mount warnings won't quit
Date: Sat, 7 Aug 1993 04:41:31 GMT

I've got a few ext2 partitions that are mounted at boot time. Every time
they are mounted, however, I get the following message for each partition:

EXT2-fs warning: mounting unchecked filesystem; running e2fsck is recommended

If I umount them and run e2fsck and then re-mount them, I still get the
same warning. I've tried the -c option to e2fsck as well.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this message (i.e. how to do it "right")?

Thanks,
