Since there have been so may questions:

The easy way to get a Linux box onto an ISDN based net (not the cheapest!)
is to put an ISDN bridge onto the ethernet and let that do the work. They
are not a cheap solution though. Also note that in germany you have
a strange ISDN standard so you will get problems with non german ratified
stuff.
