Right, TeX is a typesetting system, not a word processor. But it
is the first time I hear that TeX is only *nice for programmers*.
Have you ever used TeX or LaTeX? I know secretaries who have no
problems with LaTeX. 1h maybe enough to learn the LaTeX basics to
produce perfect documents, letters, or what you want. There is
nothing you can't do with it :) Sure, TeX is a bare bone product,
but the results make every effort worth. Use MS Void, Word Perfectly
or sth. else under MS-DOG. This will fit your needs.
Again: What's wrong with TeX? (and LaTeX?)
Kind regards,
Alf
Thanks to Linus for this phantastic free available OS.
Thanks to D.E. Knuth for TeX and METAFONT.
