Subject: upgrading from 0.99pl9 will kill what binaries?

I am planning to upgrade from v0.99pl9 to v0.99pl11. Couple
of questions.

First, will all my binaries break, or will I be able to
run some of them. If so, which binaries will break?

Does this also apply to upgrading from v0.99pl10 to v0.99pl11?
