I believe the reason Ed can't find patch.10 in sunsite:/pub/Linux/kernel/
is because Linux never made a patch, since the changes were so large.
I think that statement was in the announcement for pl10.

Also keep in mind that pl11 (non-ALPHA) and the patch from pl10-11 are
in sunsite:/pub/Linux/Incoming (linux-0.99.11.tar.gz and
linux-0.99.patch11.tar.gz). I assume they will get moved to /pub/Linux/kernel
when the administrators of the archive get back from vacation.
