Subject: Anyone using mbase with SLS 1.02?
Date: 1 Aug 1993 20:38:15 GMT

I have been tearing my hair out trying to get mbase to run. I have
SLS 1.01, with the ncurses that came there, The only relevant change was
to compile 0.99pl10.

Whenever I try to run vr (the part of mbase that allows you to add entries to
the data), I get the criptic complaint: ``couldn't open file'', to wit:

16:24:02 /home/dlj0/public/mbase/sample >vr lsm
couldn't open file.
16:24:09 /home/dlj0/public/mbase/sample >vr sample
couldn't open file.

Bench runs fine, but that's it. Clues??
