Subject: Will OS/2 HPFS be supported in the future?
Date: Sun, 1 Aug 1993 17:44:57 GMT

I read the Linux FAQ and I was told that OS/2 HPFS is not supported now. I am
wondering if Linux will be able to mount OS/2 HPFS in the future.

BTW, I am using three primary partitions for OS/2, MS-DOS and Linux currently.
I am able to mount MS-DOS by typing
        # mount -t msdos /dev/hda3 /user

However, I can't mount the OS/2 partition. The partition is using FAT FS in
hda2. Linux uses hda4 and OS/2 boot manager uses hda1. Any idea?

Thanks

Albert
