Subject: Problems w/ setclk

I have setclk for my STB Power Graph X-24 and I can only run
it as root?? If I run it as myself it give me a segmentation
fault. I went ahead and added setclk 2 65 to the rc file so
that the clock is set right when the machine is rebooted but
I would like to know how to let users run this file just in
case the clocks get changed and X will not start. What would
people out there suggest I should do?
