Well, that's the problem, nobody (outside of DEC) knows very much
about the DEC ethercards. You should ask your salesperson for
technical information anyway*, but don't expect a response.

* DEC might change their policy if they find they are losing business.
Of course, losing business hasn't caused them to change in the past
few years...
