Hmm, I have to protest that dec is the only company who uses OSF/1,
we are betatesting OSF/1 from hitachi on a hitachi mainframe (actually
it's released at 6 april 1993) and it's performing just fine. The only
things that are missing is LVM and DCE. On the downside: it doesn't have
X11R5 but uses X11R4 instead. We've got the system running as of nov.1992.
It's as stable as a rock, the only problems were with some system utilities,
but the kernel seems ok.
