You don't think it's because of all the pain that they would have to go
through to switch all of their customers over to OSF/1, do you? Hmmm?
It was easier for DEC, they were already running a fairly modern Unix.
The same can't be said for HP (still running Sys V) or IBM (running
that basterdized AIX). Have you ever worked with OSF/1? Your comments
make me think that you haven't.
