Hi. I recently got hold of a Dandy 3400 SCSI hos adapter. It is basically
a Future Domain card and has the FD 950 and Future Domain's BIOS rom.
I have hooked up an Archive 2150S (150Mb SCSI QIC Drive) for use with Linux.
On power up, the SCSI BIOS scan the bus and find the Archive drive, no problem.
However, when I book linux (99.2 or 99.9) It recognises the card (ie it finds
the signature) but fails to find the tape drive. I've tried this with the
drive on SCSI ID's 0,1,2,3,4,5 & 7 to no avail.
Anyone else using one of these cards? any luck?
Any help will be most welcome. I plan to enable debugging on seagate.c
tonight to try and determine what's not working.
Email is probably best.
